  I've got mixed feelings about this place. The play area is great, adults can chill with a pint and some average quality food while the kids run riot in the soft play area. The staff there work very hard but they are totally ran off there feet. They are totally understaffed and are being let down by the owners/management. I takes forever to get served. This place could be really great but the owners need to put their hands in their pockets. So gonna rate it like this, food 7/10, play area 9/10, venue 8/10, price 9/10, service 2/10

  This place done an amazing job hosting a 3 year old party. The set up , catering and timings were all executed very well . The staff are well motivated and kept in line whilst the parties are going on . They could do with more staff behind the bar though as the wait time was sometimes very long . But overall the whole experience of hosting parties , good location , food and good communication from the staff made it a memorable birthday . Thanks you and well done
